2、保溫柜在野外運用的時候，一般多是在北方嚴寒的當地，冬天溫度能到達零下20多度，甚更低！那么為了確保柜內元器件正常運轉作業，必須要保持柜內一定的溫度，方法有幾種。一種是貼復鋁箔保溫棉，厚度一般在10-20mm以上，甚更厚。這種保溫棉的保溫作用很好，也可以再配一個加熱器和一個溫控器，泰予出產的仿威圖加熱器和溫控器可以搭配運用，溫控器設定好溫度今后，當環境溫度到達設定溫度值時，加熱器就開始作業，這樣柜內部溫度也會慢慢升高。

3、有些保溫柜在野外運用時，并不是裝元器件，而是再里面裝水管和壓力表，閥門等。這種也是操控水站，或許其它什么水處理體系設備的，冬天溫度低，不能讓水管結冰凍住，這時候也需求給柜體進行保溫或許加熱。

4、在制造仿威圖機柜（保溫柜）的時候，需求注意，柜內要盡可能的平整，除了非必要的接地螺柱以外，其它螺絲螺柱要盡可能的防止，因為內部越是平坦，后期貼保溫棉就越方便，保溫作用也越好。甚不需求運用野外機柜空調或許冷熱交換器。
